    Mëlçia e Piacencës, është një imitim prej bronxi i prerjes më dysh të mëlçisë të bagëtise (të të leshtave), e ndarë  në dyzet zona, çdo njera zonë e shkruar.   Specialistët janë të mendimit se ajo është përdorur nga fallxhorët për mësimin e leximit të mëlçisë.  Mëlçi të tilla të ndërtuara me qeramikë janë gjetur edhe të tjera në Itali, por vetëm kjo e Pjacences është e shkruar.

    Specialistët që merren me shkrimet etruske, kanë arritur të thonë se në shkrimet e mëlçisë kanë gjetur 27 emra të perëndive të etruskeve.

    Meqenëse, të gjitha shkrimet etruske, pra edhe shkrimet mbi Mëlçinë e Piacencës, janë hamendësore prej studiuesëve, dhe nga se puna në këtë fushë nuk rresh për të lexuar dhe kuptuar më mirë gjuhën e etruskëve, unë i jam vënë punës për të gjetur në se në tërësinë e shkrimeve mbi mëlçi, ka grupshkronja (grupgrafema), të cilat japin fjalë ose grupfjalë  të sakta ose të përafërta në gjuhën shqipe. 

    Rezultati është mbresëlënës. Në ndarjet e mëlçisë lexohen dhe kuptohen tre emra të perëndive të etruskëve : TIN, UNI dhe FUFLUNS . 

    Grupshkronja, të cilat japin fjalë të sakta në shqip, na bëjnë të kuptojmë se leximi i mëçisë përqëndrohet në :

    1. Lutje dhe oferta për tre perënditë.

    2. Parashikime për udhëtimin në botën e nëndheshme.

    3. Thënie për syrin e keq.

    4. Urim për kamimin e udhës së marrë.

    5. Jetëgjësinë.

    Këtu në formë tabelore, unë do të rreshtoj 40 grupshkronja të cilat janë në 40 zonat e ndara mbi mëçi, si edhe dy grupshkronja shkruara mbi sipërfaqen e jashtëme të mëçisë, aty ku ajo ndahet në mes me një vijë.

    Në tabelë është transkriptimi botërisht i njohur i grupshkronjave, leximi hipotetik i tyre si rezultat i gjetjes të fjalëve shqipe, fjala shqip, përkthimi italisht dhe anglisht.

    Këtu mbaron puna ime duke dhënë faktin se në shkrimet mbi Mëlçinë e Piacencës, grupshkronjat japin fjalë të cilat ndodhen saktësisht në leksikun e gjuhës shqipe.

    Më tej është e nevojëshme dhe e domozdoshme kontrolli i këtij fakti në tryezën e shkencës gjuhësore, për të kthyer këtë fakt në dije.

    Leximi i mëlçisë të bagtisë, njihej edhe ne Babiloni, Persi dhe në qytetërimet e tjera të lashta të Azisë Vogël. 

    Leximi i mëlçisë të bagëtisë bëhet ende sot në Shqipëri, në radhë të parë për të kontrolluar në se bagëtia e therur është e sëmurë apo jo, dhe në rradhë të dytë për të parashikuar të ardhmen.

    Fegato di Piacenza

    Il fegato piacentino, è un'imitazione in bronzo dell'incisione orizzontale del fegato di bovino, suddiviso in quaranta zone, ciascuna delle quali è scritta. Gli specialisti sono dell'opinione che sia stato utilizzato dagli indovini per insegnare la lettura del fegato. In Italia sono stati trovati anche questi fegati, ma realizzati in ceramica. Scritto è solo il fegato di Piacenza.

Gli specialisti che si occupano di scritti etruschi sono riusciti a dire di aver trovato 27 nomi di divinità etrusche negli scritti del fegato.

    Poiché tutti gli scritti etruschi, anche gli scritti sul Fegato di Piacenza, sono congetturali, da studiosi, e poiché il lavoro in questo campo non è sufficiente per leggere e comprendere meglio la lingua degli Etruschi, mi sono messo a lavorare anche sul scritti di questo fegato, per scoprire se nella totalità degli scritti su di esso, ci sono gruppi di lettere  (grafemi di gruppo), che danno parole o gruppi di parole che sono accurate o approssimative nella lingua albanese.

    Il risultato è impressionante. Nelle divisioni del fegato si leggono e si comprendono tre divinità etrusche: TIN, UNI e FUFLUNS. I gruppi di lettere, che danno parole accurate in albanese, ci fanno capire che la lettura del fegato si concentra:

    1. in preghiere e offerte ai tre dei.

    2. Previsioni di viaggio sotterraneo.

    3. Proverbi sul malocchio.

    4. Congratulazioni per aver preso il viaggio.

    5. Durata della vita.

    Qui, in forma tabulare, elencherò 40 raggruppamenti di lettere che si trovano nelle 40 aree separate sopra il fegato, oltre a due raggruppamenti scritti sulla superficie esterna del fegato, dove è diviso al centro da una linea.

    Nella tabella è riportata la trascrizione del gruppo di lettere, la loro ipotetica lettura come risultato del ritrovamento di parole albanesi, corispondenza in  albanese, la traduzione italiana e inglese.

    È qui che si conclude il mio lavoro sulla scoperta delle parole albanesi, dato che negli scritti sul Fegato di Piacenza, il gruppo di lettere danno parole che sono esattamente nel lessico della lingua albanese.

Inoltre, è necessario verificare questo fatto nella tavolla della scienza linguistica, al fine di trasformare questo fatto in sapere per tutti.

    Nota.

    La lettura del fegato di bovino era nota anche in Babilonia, in Persia e in altre antiche civiltà dell'Asia Minore.

    La lettura del fegato dei bovini viene ancora fatta oggi in Albania per predire il futuro, la salute.

    Piacenza liver

    The Piacenza liver is a bronze imitation of the horizontal incision of the liver of a bovine, divided into forty areas, each of which is written. Specialists are of the opinion that it was used by fortune tellers to teach liver reading. In Italy these livers have also been found, but made of ceramic. Written is only Piacenza's liver.

    Specialists dealing with Etruscan writings managed to say that they found 27 names of Etruscan deities in the liver writings.

    Since all the Etruscan writings, even the writings on the Liver of Piacenza, are conjectural, for scholars, and since the work in this field is not sufficient to read and better understand the language of the Etruscans, I started to work also on the writings of this liver, to find out whether in the totality of the writings on it, there are groups of letters (group graphemes), which give words or groups of words that are accurate or approximate in the Albanian language.

    The result is impressive. Three Etruscan divinities are read and understood in the liver divisions: TIN, UNI and FUFLUNS. The groups of letters, which give accurate words in Albanian, make us understand that the reading of the liver is concentrated:

    1. in prayers and offerings to the three gods.

    2. Underground travel forecast.

    3. Proverbs about the evil eye.

    4. Congratulations on taking the trip.

    5. Lifespan.

    Here, in tabular form, I will list 40 groupings of letters found in the 40 separate areas above the liver, as well as two groupings written on the outer surface of the liver, where it is divided in the center by a line.

The table shows the transcription of the group of letters, their hypothetical reading as a result of the finding of Albanian words, correspondence in Albanian, the Italian and English translation.

This is where my work on the discovery of Albanian words ends, given that in the writings on the Liver of Piacenza, the group of letters they give words that are exactly in the lexicon of the Albanian language.

Furthermore, it is necessary to verify this fact in the table of linguistic science, in order to transform this fact into knowledge for all.

    The reading of bovine liver was also known in Babylon, Persia and other ancient civilizations of Asia Minor.
